The Real Estate practice group is seeking an associate to join the team in our New York office. Associates with 2-3 years of experience at a comparable law firm who have worked on a broad range of real estate transactions for sophisticated clients are especially encouraged to apply. Ideal candidates will have experience reviewing title, documenting, negotiating and closing real estate secured loans, leases, acquisitions and dispositions. All candidates must have a JD or the equivalent and have demonstrated high academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school, have the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, have superior writing skills and have a high level of attention to detail. The expected annual pay range for this position is $235,000-$260,000. Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience and skillset of the candidate.
