Legal Operations (Ironclad Contract Manager) - 20 hours/week
Leading social network tech company is seeking a flexible, part-time (~20 hours/week) Legal Operations Analyst / Contract Manager to support on various internal legal initiatives. Experience with Ironclad is a must. This is a fully remote position.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal legal team to establish and improve operational processes and playbooks.
- Support the implementation and optimization of contract management systems like Ironclad.
- Contribute to the development and integration of AI Intake systems, specifically Sandstone.
- Conduct thorough reviews and analyses of contracts to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
- Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in legal operations or contract administration.
- Strong understanding of contract management tools, preferably Ironclad.
- Familiarity with AI-driven legal technologies, such as Sandstone, is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to review and analyze contracts effectively.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining strong team collaboration.
