About the Role
Ontra is seeking a
Legal Network Success Manager reporting to our Associate Director, Lawyer Success on our Legal Network team.
Ontra’s Legal Network is composed of law firm partners, who accelerate legal workflows by combining their legal expertise with our proprietary AI-powered software. This role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong relationships to unlock value and potential for their community. You will also work cross-functionally within Ontra’s organization to drive efficiency and optimize processes to enhance the law firm experience.

What You’ll Do
- Build and manage partner relationships: Develop strong, trust-based relationships with lawyers in the network and create tailored success plans that drive positive outcomes and long-term engagement.
- Lead onboarding and training: Facilitate onboarding and deliver product training sessions to new law firm members to ensure seamless adoption of Ontra’s Legal Network systems. Drive product adoption: Position and promote Ontra’s AI-powered technology within your book of law firm partners to increase utilization and engagement.
- Serve as a subject matter expert: Develop deep expertise in Legal Network policies, systems, and workflows; confidently conduct product trainings and lead one-on-one partner conversations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with internal teams, including Customer Success Managers and other stakeholders, to gather feedback, analyze performance trends, and enhance the overall law firm experience.
- Support strategic initiatives: Drive product adoption and communication efforts in alignment with broader business objectives and Legal Network strategy.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in customer service in a professional services industry including legal, financial services, or other tech-enabled platforms.
- Communication and presentation skills: Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical and process-oriented: Can identify issues quickly and propose solutions with minimal supervision.
- Industry knowledge: SaaS experience as well as experience within other complex industries (i.e. financial services or legal) is a plus.
- Intellectual curiosity: Demonstrates a desire to learn, asks thoughtful questions, and considers multiple perspectives.
- Organization and process orientation: Able to break down complex initiatives into structured plans with clear timelines and milestones; values efficiency, consistency, and systematic execution.

Some positions may be eligible for additional compensation, such as commission, variable compensation, profits interest units, or other equity-based compensation, which are not included in the below base pay range.
