Key Responsibilities :

  • Draft, proofread, and format legal documents, including contracts, leases, articles of incorporation, and other business‑related materials.
  • Manage the distribution, filing, and handling of completed documents through electronic and/or physical methods.
  • Maintain confidential files, records, and reports with accuracy and discretion.
  • Process intake and conflict checks, time entry, and client billing.
  • Manage attorney calendars, including travel, meetings, and conference scheduling.
  • Provide comprehensive support for client relationship management and business development efforts.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

"Who Are You?"

  • 2–5 years of relevant law firm experience preferred.
  • Positive, proactive, flexible, and team‑oriented approach.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Experience with electronic document management systems.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and client service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with exceptional grammar and spelling.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Willingness to work overtime when required.
  • Experience with Aderant and FileSite a plus.
