Boies Schiller Flexner LLP is seeking a staff attorney to assist the anti-counterfeiting team. They will be responsible for legal research, analysis, drafting, and reviewing legal documents. Candidates should also be flexible to work frequent overtime, occasional weekends and have the ability to attend trials. This position can be based out of our New York City office.
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal representation and advice to clients
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Draft legal documents
- Represent clients in court proceedings
- Provide legal opinions on issues related to client matters
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Qualifications:
- JD Required
- Bar admission required in New York City
- Experience with litigation in federal court is a plus.
- Prior experience in Anti-Counterfeiting or Intellectual Property is a plus.
