
Commercial Litigation Paralegal

We are seeking an enthusiastic professional Paralegal with a minimum of 2 years of litigation and trial experience to join our Commercial Litigation Group in our Chicago office. This position will assist attorneys in case management from inception through trial.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collection and review of documents.
- Preparation of documents for production.
- Helping attorneys prepare for depositions and preparing for and assisting at hearings and trial.
- Preparing subpoenas.
- Assisting with filings and services.
Qualifications:

- Strong paralegal litigation experience in both state and federal courts.
- Minimum 2 years of litigation paralegal experience preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree and a Paralegal Certification from an ABA approved program are preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Westlaw, Adobe and e-Discovery tools.
- Extensive e-discovery and other technology experience with applications such as Trial Director, CaseMap and Everlaw.
- Experience with processing electronically stored information (ESI).
- Ability to learn and work with emerging artificial intelligence applications.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- The ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Highly organized, self-motivated.

The range for individuals located in Chicago is $26.97 – $44.53/hour.
