We are seeking an experienced legal project manager to support a large-scale enterprise Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) implementation at a Fortune 1000 engineering and construction firm in the telecom industry. This remote, full-time role would start immediately and is anticipated to last 20 weeks.

The ideal candidate will bring significant experience in project management roles for large-scale technology implementations, preferably including CLM.

You will work closely with the Epiq’s Contracts Solutions team, the client’s in-house legal department and other stakeholders at the client.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (PMP or equivalent preferred).
  • 10+ years of project management experience, preferably including CLM implementations, in a corporate law department.
  • Strong understanding of contract lifecycle processes.
  • Experience with SAP, S/4 HANA.
  • Knowledge of data management, integration, and governance principles.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.

Key Responsibilities Project Planning

  • Together with the Epiq Contracts Solutions Team, maintain detailed project plans and timelines for the implementation of the CLM.

Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project communication to the client’s stakeholders
  • Manage expectations and ensure alignment across all stakeholders.

Requirements & Process Design

  • Partner with the Epiq Contracts Solutions team on the documentation of business and technical requirements for the CLM.

Execution & Delivery

  • Together with the Epiq Contracts Solutions team, manage dependencies and assist with proper integration between the CLM and existing platforms (SAP, S/4HANA).
  • Assist with testing phases.
  • Support go-live and hypercare planning.

Change Management & Training

  • Develop and execute change management strategies.
  • Assist with the coordination of training programs for end users.
