The Probate Paralegal will work with our attorneys specializing in private client services, estate planning, and estate and trust administration. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to preparing and maintaining legal documents, coordinating with clients to provide timely updates and administering multiple estates and trusts with deadline-sensitive case management requirements. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of paralegal experience, with at least one year working on estate and trust administration matters.
Where You'll Work The Probate Paralegal is an hourly non-exempt position and will work full-time at our Sarasota, Florida office.
