Business Law Associate or Senior Counsel (Commercial Attorney)

Quarles & Brady LLP, an Am Law 200 law firm, is seeking a skilled mid- to senior-level attorney (Associate or Senior Counsel) to join our Business Law team. This role offers flexibility in both schedule and structure—including full-time or part-time options, remote work arrangements, and partner-track and non-partner-track opportunities.
The ideal candidate will focus on business and commercial law, with a strong emphasis on commercial contracts. Responsibilities include reviewing, drafting, revising, and negotiating sophisticated agreements, including business-to-business supply agreements and other complex commercial documents. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage intricate commercial matters efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in business law and commercial contract review.
- Demonstrated ability to draft, review, revise, and negotiate complex business-to-business commercial agreements; experience representing manufacturers in their business-to-business commercial arrangements with customers, distributors and suppliers is preferred.
- Strong academic credentials and excellent organizational, drafting, and analytical skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with attorneys and business professionals across multiple markets.
- Prior big law and in-house counsel experience is a plus, but not required
