Sr. Regulatory Ops. Manager – 100% Remote (EST Preferred)

Overview: High-level operational role within the Cities team focused on the regulatory landscape for brand-new business verticals. You will bridge the gap between Legal, Policy, and Engineering to automate compliance and advocate for the host experience.

Key Details:

• Location: Fully Remote (EST hours preferred; open to PST).
• Duration: 12-month assignment.
• Verticals: Services and Experiences (New business lines).
• Focus: Scaling regulatory funnels, SQL data analysis, and cross-functional alignment.

Responsibilities:

• Regulatory Execution: Develop and scale plans to gather and verify regulatory requirements across global geographies.
• Data & Analytics: Use SQL and BI tools to build reporting pipelines, surface anomalies, and perform risk assessments.
• Cross-Functional Lead: Coordinate with Product and Legal to deliver automated, scalable compliance solutions.
• Host Advocacy: Ensure regulatory changes are implemented without compromising the host experience or marketplace health.
• Incident Management: Triage and resolve escalations related to regulatory products and services.

Requirements:

• Experience: 5+ years in compliance/legal ops, program management, or data analytics in regulated industries.
• Technical Skills: Proven expertise in SQL and working with large, complex datasets.
• Stakeholder Management: Ability to drive results in a matrixed environment without direct authority.
• Mindset: Entrepreneurial, "scrappy but polished," and comfortable with ambiguity.
• Plus: Exposure to AI-enabled tools in compliance or legal workflows.
