Overview
The role is responsible for providing legal support to Deutsche Bank’s derivatives trading business. Your day-to-day responsibilities will be to draft, review, negotiate and facilitate the timely execution of master agreements and other trading documentation. You will also be expected to provide thorough and thoughtful legal advice to key internal stakeholders. Furthermore, you will engage directly with the Bank’s diverse client base and actively manage legal and regulatory risk. You will be expected to use well developed analytical skills to conduct client due diligence and to analyze/advise on the enforceability of collateral arrangements and close-out netting.

It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Jacksonville, FL office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in Jacksonville is $88,000 to $120,500. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
