This role is based in Bentonville, AR The Manager, Business Analysis & Insights: Pricing Operations - Regulatory & Compliance is responsible for leading pricing accuracy, governance, and regulatory compliance for highly regulated product categories, including Alcohol, Milk, Tobacco, and Variable Weight items. This role ensures pricing execution aligns with federal, state, and local regulations while supporting Walmart’s Every Day Low Price (EDLP) strategy and omnichannel operations. This position serves as a subject matter expert for regulated pricing, translating complex regulatory requirements into scalable, repeatable operational processes. The role partners closely with Legal, Compliance, Merchandising, Store Operations, and Technology teams to reduce risk, improve execution, and maintain audit-ready pricing controls across Walmart U.S. What You’ll Do Drive Pricing Operations Excellence
- Ensure accurate price setup and execution across pricing systems.
- Establish governance, controls, and documentation to support audit readiness.
- Monitor compliance metrics and lead root cause analysis for pricing issues.
- Support incident management for pricing defects impacting regulated items. Influence Cross-Functional Partners
- Partner with Merchandising to align pricing strategies with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with Store Operations to support field execution and training.
- Work with Technology teams to define system requirements and controls.
- Influence stakeholders in a matrixed environment. Enable Process Improvement & Change
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support change management for new regulations and system changes.
- Develop SOPs, playbooks, and training materials. What You’ll Bring Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in pricing, operations, compliance, or retail.
- Experience with regulated pricing categories.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications
- Large-scale retail or grocery experience.
- Familiarity with state-by-state pricing regulations.
- Audit or compliance investigation experience.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
