About the Role The New Orleans office of Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell and Berkowitz, P.C. seeks an associate with two to five years of relevant experience to join its nationally recognized and rapidly expanding corporate transactional practice. The ideal candidates are hardworking individuals with excellent writing and analytical skills, sound judgment, superior organizational skills and attention to detail, and experience drafting complex transactional agreements. This is a unique opportunity for the right individual to grow into a key member of the team and gain experience on a variety of buy- and sell-side M&A deals, general corporate matters, and other business transactions with national clients.
