What you'll do...The Senior Paralegal, Product & Technology Legal Integration will serve as the architect and curator of the team's knowledge ecosystem, ensuring that critical legal guidance, regulatory intelligence, and governance decisions are captured, organized, and accessible at scale. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of legal operations, knowledge management, and emerging technology—and who understands that institutional memory is a strategic asset.
The Product & Technology Legal team ensures regulatory considerations are aligned early and consistently across the product portfolio. We operate as a cohesive bridge between Product, Technology, and Legal functions, advising on AI, privacy, and technology matters across the enterprise. In this role, you'll build and maintain the infrastructure that allows our attorneys and stakeholders to work smarter—tracking legislative developments, documenting evolving guidance, and surfacing enforcement trends that shape our risk posture.

The hourly wage range for this position is $33.00 - $63.00* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Minimum Qualifications...

analyst, or otherwise performing the responsibilities of a paralegal as defined by Walmart’s job description OR a juris doctorate degree from an
accredited law school.
