We’re looking for a detail-driven and highly organized Paralegal to join our Legal team and play a key role in supporting company-wide initiatives. In this position, you’ll partner closely with our Senior Vice President & General Counsel, contributing to corporate, litigation, and contract-related matters across multiple business groups. This is a great opportunity to make a real impact while helping ensure compliance and operational excellence across the organization.

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare, review, and manage corporate documents and legal records
  • Support contract review and draft agreements including NDAs and other legal documents
  • Maintain corporate licenses and ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Conduct legal and regulatory research to support business decisions
  • Assist with mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions
  • Coordinate due diligence efforts for transactions and litigation matters
  • File documents with state and federal agencies
  • Track deadlines and manage legal calendars to keep everything running smoothly

What You Bring

  • Strong knowledge of corporate, contract, and litigation practices
  • Exceptional organization skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency with legal research tools and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in corporate law or a related field
  • Experience in a law firm or corporate legal department
  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory filings
  • Paralegal certification (e.g., NALA or NFPA) is a plus
