
Overall Job Summary
This position will be responsible for supporting the Company’s technology and commercial contracting needs, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad range of information technology agreements and other general commercial contracts. The role will provide legal counseling on ecommerce, privacy, and cybersecurity matters; partner with Information Technology and Information Security stakeholders to address vendor, product, and operational issues; and support a broad array of internal business clients, including Information Technology, Procurement, and Business Development.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)
Required Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology transactions and commercial contracting, including negotiating software/SaaS, professional services, outsourcing, and other IT-related agreements, as well as providing counseling on privacy and cybersecurity matters.
Education: Juris Doctor degree. Licensed to practice in the State of Tennessee.
