About The Role

The IRA PWA Compliance Manager EPC, is responsible for overseeing and advancing the company’s compliance strategy under the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA). This role ensures regulatory alignment by developing internal policies, training staff, and implementing process improvements. The manager leads compliance initiatives, conducts risk assessments, and collaborates with internal teams and external auditors to maintain adherence to IRA requirements. Additionally, this position plays a key role in driving continuous improvement efforts, leveraging technology, and enhancing the company’s overall compliance framework to mitigate risks and support business objectives.

Essential Functions

  • Stay updated on all regulations and provisions of the Inflation Reduction Act.
  • Develop and update internal company policies to ensure alignment with regulatory mandates.
  • Educate and train staff on IRA compliance requirements and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of compliance activities, including documentation of compliance status, assessments, and audits.
  • Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory bodies and stakeholders as per IRA guidelines.
  • Address and investigate any compliance violations or irregularities, developing corrective action plans where needed.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for external audits and inspections related to the IRA.
  • Lead initiatives to improve the company’s compliance posture related to the IRA, including process enhancements and new technology implementation.

ABOUT YOU

Qualifications

  • Experience in regulatory compliance or a similar field.
  • A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required


Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • Familiarity with navigating federal programs, grants, and tax incentives, especially in areas like clean energy, healthcare subsidies, or corporate tax
  • Strong understanding of the IRA’s provisions, including corporate tax requirements, clean energy incentives, and healthcare pricing regulations.
  • Familiarity with compliance tracking tools, tax software, and sustainability reporting platforms, such as SAP GRC, Workiva, ADP, or Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Protocol software.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite

Physical Demands

  • Frequently works outdoors on uneven surfaces.
  • May be required to sit or stand for long periods of time.
  • May be required to stoop, bend, and crouch.


Work Environment

  • Works in a climate-controlled environment 60% of the time.
  • Frequently works in areas with large industrial equipment subject to high noise levels.
  • May occasionally work in areas with hazardous chemicals.

  • Hourly Rate $44.00-$49.00/ hour (Non-Exempt)
    • Commensurate with experience, paid weekly. Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. CSI reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the selected candidate's qualifications.
