This Work from Home position requires that you live and will perform the duties of the position; within 60 miles of an HCA Healthcare Hospital (Our hospitals are located in the following states: FL, GA, ID, KS, KY, MO, NV, NH, NC, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA).

Job Summary And Qualifications

Provide legal assistance including drafting documents, managing data bases, conducting legal research and providing administrative assistance to the PSC and Parallon Business Performance Group Legal Team as needed.

What you will do in this role:

  • Assist counsel with HIM, ROI and privacy matters
  • Assist litigation counsel with case management
  • Correspondence and other document drafting
  • Legal research and writing
  • Document and contract routing
  • Assist in maintaining and updating workflows and databases
  • Basic contract drafting, review and analysis
  • Organize files for storage
  • Full administrative support including, answering phones, scheduling meetings and conference calls, setting up and maintaining files, and databases, filing, responding to e-mails, and extensive telephone and e-mail contact with Parallon and HCA staff, travel arrangements, reimbursement filings, and similar activities

What qualifications you will need:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a legal setting
  • Paralegal certificate preferred
  • College graduate preferred
