Position: Artifact Expert — Lawyer / Legal Specialist
Type: Contract
Compensation: $100–$150/hour
Location: Remote
Role Responsibilities
- Review existing legal documents and provide detailed, constructive feedback.
- Create original legal artifacts from scratch, including contract drafts, memos, and briefs.
- Annotate and comment on artifacts to improve structure, reasoning, and legal rigor.
- Apply your legal expertise to ensure artifacts reflect realistic, high-quality professional output.
- Work independently and asynchronously to deliver consistent, high-quality work on a flexible schedule.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- 3+ years of professional legal experience as a practicing lawyer or attorney.
- Bar admission in any jurisdiction.
- Background in litigation, corporate, transactional, regulatory, contracts, IP, or general counsel work.
- Strong written communication and attention to detail.
- Self-directed; can deliver consistent, high-quality work on a flexible schedule.
