Hiring Senior Analyst, Chemical & Material Management (Reporting & Registration) 📍 Goodlettsville, TN (Onsite – No Remote Options) This role is not a supply chain, logistics, procurement, or inventory management position. Candidates MUST have hands-on experience with regulatory/compliance programs, data reporting for regulatory submissions, or product/environmental compliance.

This role sits within Global Compliance and is focused on regulatory reporting and product compliance related to chemicals and materials (e.g., EPR, PCR, PFAS, and state/federal requirements). This role is best suited for those with backgrounds in regulatory, environmental, or product compliance and may not be a fit for candidates whose experience is primarily in supply chain operations without direct compliance responsibilities.

What You’ll Do In this role, you’ll lead key reporting and registration activities tied to chemical and material compliance programs, including:

  • Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR): Prepare and submit state-required reports, validate packaging/material data, and partner with vendors and third parties to improve data quality and fee optimization
  • Post-Consumer Recycled Content (PCR): Partner with compliance and merchandising teams to gather, analyze, and report data across multiple states
  • Regulatory Reporting: Support programs including PFAS, CA Cosmetics, MOCRA, and GUDID registrations
  • Chemicals of High Concern (CHC): Manage vendor outreach, collect and analyze data, and ensure timely submissions
  • Data & Recordkeeping: Maintain product compliance records, coordinate supplier submissions (UL WERCS), and support ongoing reporting to leadership

What You Bring (Must-Haves) ✔ 1–2+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, compliance, or similar field ✔ Strong data management and Excel skills (organizing, analyzing, validating data) ✔ Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment ✔ High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance ✔ Strong communication skills —comfortable working with vendors, internal teams, and leadership ✔ Ability to work independently and take ownership of processes 🎓 Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) preferred
