Compensation
$130,000 - $155,000 yearly + growth incentive bonuses
Responsibilities
What You Will Do
- Support all phases of complex litigation, from investigation and discovery through motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation
- Draft motions, pleadings, discovery responses, and legal memoranda with increasing responsibility
- Assist in preparing for and taking depositions of fact witnesses and experts
- Participate in case-strategy discussions and trial preparation alongside senior attorneys
- Collaborate closely with attorneys, paralegals, and litigation support staff

Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Active, good-standing member of the California State Bar
- Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, preferably in civil litigation
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Clear, professional communication style and commitment to client service
- Desire to grow within a sophisticated, trial-focused practice
