Job Purpose
Drives effective legal strategy for warranty litigation matters, with a primary focus on California, to reduce financial exposure, improve case outcomes, and address increasing litigation complexity through proactive risk management and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications, Experience, And Skills
- J.D. from an ABA accredited law school
- California state bar admittance
- Minimum 8-10 years major law firm and/or similar in-house experience
- 3+ years with primary emphasis in warranty litigation
- Intimate knowledge of Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act
- Must demonstrate superior skills and excellent time-management and reporting abilities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Good people management and presentation skills required
