Legal Case Manager
Our client is seeking a dedicated Legal Case Manager to join their team. As a Legal Case Manager, you will be part of the Criminal Response Team supporting law enforcement and legal processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, independence, and problem-solving skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Answering high-volume calls related to law enforcement emergencies and legal requests, including subpoenas, court orders, and search warrants.
- Authenticating callers and providing law enforcement with necessary customer records for high-priority situations.
- Ensuring all cases are accurately documented and managed in compliance with applicable laws and procedures.
- Handling data entry of legal processes into workflow management systems and managing customer and account data.
- Maintaining confidentiality, demonstrating sound judgment, and escalating issues when necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
What's Needed?
- Ability to work all shifts, including weekends and late nights, with a flexible schedule.
- Willingness to complete four weeks of training, Monday through Friday, 8 AM-5 PM, without missing any days.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work independently under pressure.
- Experience in customer service, dispatch, or legal environments is a plus; proficiency in typing, data entry, and technical skills are essential.
