Corporate Counsel The Corporate Counsel is an integral part of the Legal team, providing legal support to various parts of the organization, including the Operations, Compliance, and Business Development teams. This role is responsible fora broad range of activities, including contract drafting and administration, litigation support, policy and procedure review, and legal research and analysis. The Corporate Counsel enables the Company to achieve business outcomes while minimizing legal and compliance risk. Quarterly travel is required. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Law degree from an accredited law school and admitted to practice law in any U.S. jurisdiction, with the ability to register as in-house counsel in the State of Wisconsin.
Minimum 2 years’ experience, with in-house legal department experience and/or experience in the consumer finance industry preferred.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet Explorer).
