SUMMARY : We are seeking a Paralegal to support the trial team in all phases of litigation. The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of complex litigation experience with an emphasis on large case management, trial preparation, document production, discovery and trial exhibits. The day-to-day duties include drafting notices, summonses; administer and oversee document inspections at the request of counsel; research and analyze case law; Shepardize cases and cite check briefs; communicate with court personnel regarding the status of cases; electronically edit documents relating to litigation; proofread documents to be filed in court.

Salary range : The annual salary for this position is $90,000 - $110,000. Please note that the salary offered will depend on the candidate's experience, specialized knowledge, skills, comparable qualifications and other relevant factors.
