Position Summary
The Paralegal, General Counsel’s Office (“Paralegal, GCO”) is responsible for assisting the General Counsel team with responsibilities pertaining to new hires and new client matters, including new hire and new matter conflicts review, implementing and monitoring ethical walls, and supporting compliance with engagement letter requirements. The position will be part of the Office of General Counsel, with frequent direct interaction with the Senior Conflicts Attorney and the Assistant and Associate General Counsel, and will communicate with partners and associates to assist with conflicts clearance. Given the nature of the firm’s work, the Paralegal, GCO must be available outside normal office hours and flexible with respect to evening and weekend work as circumstances require.

The expected base salary for this position is $65,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, anticipated assignment, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
