⚖️ What You’ll Do

  • Serve as lead counsel on a diverse insurance defense caseload
  • Manage matters from inception through trial, mediation, or resolution
  • Take depositions, handle motion practice, and appear in court regularly
  • Partner closely with claims professionals and internal stakeholders
  • Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to a high-performing team culture

🎯 What We’re Looking For

  • 8+ years of civil litigation experience (insurance defense strongly preferred)
  • Trial experience (first-chair or meaningful courtroom exposure)
  • Background in general liability, bodily injury, or commercial litigation
  • Strong case management, advocacy, and communication skills
  • Active Washington State Bar license (or ability to obtain)
