Posted Jun 10 As a Paralegal in our Corporate, Tax & Transactions Service Line, you’ll play a key part in supporting a wide range of corporate law transactions such as preparing and coordinating documentation for mergers and acquisitions, conversions, dissolutions, and other entity changes. Other responsibilities may include supporting UCC filings, maintaining minute books and managing corporate records.
We’re looking for a professional with 3+ years of corporate transactional paralegal experience who thrives in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized and will have experience with private placements and securities filings.
Where You’ll Work The Paralegal role is an hourly non-exempt position and will work full-time or hybrid from our Tampa, Florida office. There may be an opportunity for fully remote for the right fit.
