
Job Responsibilities
A sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 is offered for this position. Current employees of South Carolina state government agencies and higher education institutions are not eligible.
The bonus will be paid in installments based on continued employment:

Minimum And Additional Requirements
A juris doctor degree or its equivalent from an accredited law school and five years of experience as a practicing attorney.
Necessary Requirement : Must be a member and in good standing with the South Carolina Bar. Must satisfy Rule 403 requirements.
