About the Role
The Atlanta office of Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, P.C. seeks a litigation associate with at least three years of experience to join our Logistics, Energy, and Manufacturing Litigation Group. A background in transportation litigation is strongly preferred, and experience in tort matters, defending motor carrier clients, and handling insurance coverage disputes will be considered a significant plus.
Responsibilities
- Looking for academically strong candidates who possess excellent writing and analytical skills.
- Practical experience with depositions, discovery, and motion practice.
- Detail-oriented, exercise sound judgment, and demonstrate the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Opportunity to take on meaningful responsibility in an active and varied federal and state court practice, with cases that extend on a national scale.
Qualifications
- Applicants must already be admitted to the Georgia Bar (no exceptions).
