The Corporate legal team sits at the center of FOX’s Television, Sports, Entertainment, Technology, Streaming, and Creator Economy businesses, and the world-class facilities and infrastructure crucial to their success, providing legal support to our divisions as we continue to transform FOX through cutting edge technology, operational excellence, and game-changing strategic transactions.
The Director, Business and Legal Affairs is integrally involved in the business and legal aspects of FOX Studio Lot operations, including sound stage, production/post-production, commissary, and office facilities operations, as well as services central to supporting these operations (e.g., grip, lighting, wardrobe, transportation, security, catering and events, engineering, and facilities operations) and the operational infrastructure of the FOX Studio Lot. The individual in this position also provides direct in-house legal support for FOX’s global real estate portfolio, security operations, environmental health and safety operations, and crucial sourcing initiatives related to enterprise operations and employee benefits.
