Job description:
Responsibilities
- Review and redline vendor contracts, primarily Master Service Agreements (MSAs), to ensure Data Privacy Addenda (DPAs) are incorporated.
- Own privacy compliance workflows
- Track and manage progress on a high-volume backlog of contracts requiring updates.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders including Legal, Procurement, Compliance, and Business Teams to ensure alignment on contract requirements.
- Maintain accurate documentation of contract status and updates.
- Support the development and refinement of privacy operations processes as needed.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the privacy and legal teams to ensure timely completion of the project.
Required Qualifications
- Strong familiarity with privacy management tools such as OneTrust.
- Strong experience redlining and following playbooks
- Prior professional experience in privacy operations, compliance, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage a high-volume workload.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies in contracts.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to work cross-functionally.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with data visualization or reporting tools like Power BI.
- Experience working with contract lifecycle management (CLM) or similar systems.
- Knowledge of ZIP or other contract workflow tools.
