Overview A leading software company is seeking a Legal Operations Contractor to support a busy in-house legal team. This role is ideal for a legal operations professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys improving processes, and can quickly integrate with cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will support day-to-day legal operations, legal technology initiatives, and operational projects while helping the team stay organized and efficient.

What You'll Do

• Support day-to-day legal operations across a busy in-house legal department.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while helping drive priorities and operational initiatives forward.
• Partner closely with Legal, Compliance, Finance, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
• Support contract lifecycle management (CLM) processes and related legal technology workflows.
• Assist with e-billing operations, invoice management, and legal systems administration.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and support operational best practices.
• Track deliverables, organize workflows, and proactively identify and resolve issues.

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of experience in legal operations within an in-house legal department or similar environment.
• Hands-on experience supporting contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems; experience with any CLM platform is welcome.
• Experience with e-billing systems; familiarity with Legal Tracker is a plus.
• Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with experience working across cross-functional teams.
