Legal Assistant to join their Tampa office. This individual will provide administrative and legal support to attorneys in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Position Overview
The Legal Assistant will provide administrative and legal support to attorneys in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
Responsibilities Of The Legal Assistant
- Provide administrative and legal support to attorneys, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Prepare, revise, format, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and other case-related materials.
- Handle electronic court filings (e-filing) in federal and state courts.
- Maintain and organize physical and electronic case files, ensuring documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate deadlines, court dates, and filing requirements to ensure timely submissions.
- Communicate professionally with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and internal teams.
- Assist with billing, expense reports, document management, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Support Attorneys with research, document collection, and case preparation for hearings, trials, or closings.
Required Experience/Skills For The Legal Assistant
- Minimum of 2+ years of Legal Assistant experience in a law firm environment.
- E-filing experience is required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Close attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal document management systems.
Preferred Experience/Skills For The Legal Assistant
- Real estate law experience is a plus.
- Experience in tax law or litigation is preferred, but not required.

- High school diploma is required.
