Posted Aug 22 Trade Transaction Reporting Operations (TTRO) within Operations Risk and Regulatory Control (ORRC) has the responsibility for ensuring that Morgan Stanley fulfils its reporting obligations in a timely and accurate manner for specific jurisdictions by partnering with teams across Operations, Tech and Data and Legal and Compliance. TTRO comprises primarily of Operations Run the Bank (RTB) and Change the Bank (CTB) teams and Transaction Reporting IT teams.
The primary responsibility will be to drive down Regulatory Risk by supporting the implementation of new regulatory requirements, monitoring existing controls to assess the risk and remediate it as necessary, ensuring smooth BAU functioning as part of exception management process, which includes, understanding and resolving internal & DTCC rejections and thereby improving and maintaining firm's overall reporting accuracy.
The successful candidate will join the TRRO Run The Bank (RTB) team for North America jurisdictions for OTC derivatives (CFTC, SEC, CSA), working with global colleagues across Business Units, Legal and Compliance, Operations and Technology to deliver Trade and Transaction Reporting requirements.

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $82,000 and $133,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
