Position Description
Leads complex compliance initiatives, conducting investigations and providing subject-matter expertise. Works with significant independence and cross-functional influence.
Essential Job Tasks
- Lead the enterprise-wide inventory of compliance-required functions.
- Co-develops the compliance monitoring program, including methodologies and reporting.
- Oversees the policy management program.
- Leads enhancements to the COI program, including integration into the unified Code of Conduct.
- Conducts or leads ethics investigations, including sensitive cases.
- Prepares high-level reports for leadership and governance bodies.
- Serves as a core member of the GRC implementation team.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field + 2 years experience in compliance, legal, audit, or related field required.
- Must have experience coordinating policy reviews or compliance workflows.
- Experience supporting investigations or compliance assessments preferred.
- Experience with compliance systems or document management tools is beneficial.
Compensation Information
$67,720 - $105,210 (min. - mid.)
Compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s education, experience, and qualifications.
