The Bankruptcy Paralegal will work as part of our Litigation & Disputes service line supporting attorneys on all aspects of complex bankruptcy litigation matters. Primary responsibilities will consist of preparing motions for relief, fee applications, proofs of claim, schedules, petitions and financial statements. This role will also be responsible for managing calendars and deadlines, e-filing documents, drafting, discovery and managing client matters. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience working on bankruptcy-related matters across various jurisdictions representing Chapter 7 trustees, creditors, investors, distressed debt lenders and committees.
Where You'll Work The Bankruptcy Paralegal is an hourly non-exempt position and will work full-time in one of our Florida offices. The team may consider fully remote for the right candidate with Florida bankruptcy paralegal experience.
