About the Role We are seeking an experienced Investment Funds Attorney to join our team in one of our Delaware, Florida, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Texas, or Washington, D.C. offices. You will advise clients on the formation, structuring, and compliance of investment funds as part of a growing, collaborative practice.
What You'll Do
- Advise on fund formation and structuring for private investment vehicles
- Counsel clients on regulatory and compliance matters
- Draft and negotiate fund documents and related agreements
- Work closely with partners, colleagues, and clients across the firm's offices
- Provide responsive, high-quality client service
What You Bring
- 10+ years of experience in fund formation, structuring, and compliance
- Bar admission applicable to the office location
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
