Job Description

 

The Business Development Sales Executive – Legal Analytics is responsible for pursuit of sales within new and existing client account(s). The position will open new clients for Conduent, leading client meetings and be a respected advisor for clients on their analytics positioning and integrated workflow plans. This role will encompass:

  • Growing relationships with Conduent’s largest Client(s) through cross-selling of new services and capturing new client logos, using consultative selling expertise.
  • Establish territory plan to sales goals, and provide accurate, complete and timely submission of required pipeline reports and forecasts.
  • Supporting the development of marketing plans that will appeal to a variety of customers on a global basis in order to support sales and profit objectives.
  • Representing the organization with executives and clients establishes and maintains effective relationships with internal and external constituents.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience growing and leading a sales portfolio with sales targets of $5 million plus per annum or more and a track record of significantly growing revenue pipeline in legal operations solutions (or compliance/risk operations) with a focus on contract management and analytics, legal spend management, and/or eBilling solutions.
  • Experience selling across the organization into legal business partners such as procurement and finance.
  • A strong track record of achieving aggressive business and sales goals; growing and managing a thriving portfolio.
  • Subject matter expertise in legal, risk, or compliance operations and AI and analytics transformation solutions with demonstrated experience in solution selling to address a complex strategic challenge.
  • Proven Leadership in account strategy, account planning, relationship strategy.
