Work hard, have fun, and make history with Amazon Legal. The Legal Records Management Program team is seeking a highly organized and results-oriented Program Analyst. The Records team primarily supports the global Legal Department to manage and govern key document and record assets. Our team works across global internal customers including Legal Assistants, Contract Managers, Program Managers, Technical PMs, in-house Attorneys and business groups across the company. The successful candidate will manage coordination and maintenance of our legal file rooms and legal document repositories.
Key job responsibilities
Key responsibilities include ownership of our physical records file rooms, working with legal records file room coordinators around the globe, maintaining information in our matter management system, and assisting attorneys and legal professionals with tasks or projects related to document and records management. Other duties also include supporting various functions of legal operations, performing general administrative tasks, as well as coordinating other legal and administrative matters with business groups.
The successful candidate will possess the ability to work efficiently and independently; manage high volumes of tasks and projects with little guidance; react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick response or turnaround; efficient in ambiguous situations; comfortable working from a ticket queue, and has a passion for accuracy. The candidate will possess the ability to pursue projects to completion with minimum input or direction, take initiative in creating and improving work processes, and work effectively on a variety of simultaneous projects. The candidate must exercise a high level of professionalism, integrity, discretion in handling confidential information, and the ability to work well with people at all levels inside and outside the company.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $47,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $107,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
