A well-established and respected National Business law firm in Buffalo is seeking a Corporate Attorney with at least 2 years of relevant experience to join its fast growing Corporate Practice Group.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts and corporate documents, including shareholder and operating agreements, M&A deals, and financing arrangements.
Supporting clients on business formation, governance, and day-to-day legal issues.
Conducting legal research and providing guidance on compliance, regulatory matters, and corporate policies.
Collaborating across teams to deliver comprehensive, business-focused solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

Associate = at least 2 years of experience in corporate law, M&A, and commercial transactions.
Of counsel = at least 6 years
Strong drafting and analytical skills.
JD from an accredited law school and current admission to practice in New York.
A proactive attitude and a genuine interest in building a long-term corporate law practice.
