I am the principal founder of the Law Offices of Fariba Faiz, based out of San Francisco, California. Since its founding in 1999, my firm has served a steady client base on an in-state, national, and global level. I work in partnership with multinational firms and their employees and immigrant investors to transfer, intracompany, foreign personnel and their families to the United States. I also represent individuals in immigration matters before USCIS, U.S. consulates abroad, and businesses before the U.S. Department of Labor.
