Manages assigned offender cases for the Probation Division. Responsible for processing intakes, managing a case load, providing client referrals to professional and community service providers, coordinating community service assignments, and performing related administrative and clerical tasks. May be required to assist with emergency support functions in the event of a declared emergency and/or any other emergency duties as assigned.

Performs routine-to-moderately complex administrative, secretarial, and clerical work in support of effective and efficient office operations within the probation division. Provides professional and courteous customer service at all times, and performs related duties as required.

As E4-Specialist, I was a section leader that oversaw 5-7 soldiers in performing assigned duties or tasks. Manage and supervise the reception, storage, and shipping of bulk or packaged petroleum-based products.
