Legal.io is working with a top fin-tech company in San Francisco, CA to hire a temporary Global Corporate Paralegal for a 3-month position.

Job responsibilities 

• Support the formation and maintenance of the company's subsidiaries;
• Support the corporate governance legal team by helping coordinate requests and corporate actions between subsidiaries;
• Prepare and coordinate related materials for the company's subsidiary meetings;
• Provide administrative support to the corporate team and play a key role managing important transaction documents, drafting corporate organizational documents, reviewing and executing contracts, and maintaining confidentiality;
• Assist with the filing of registrations and similar documents with the Secretary of State and other government agencies; and
• Provide assistance to other members of the corporate legal team as needed with managing the company’s domestic and international subsidiary

Required qualifications

• 2 - 5 years of experience
• Tools: Google suite, including Gmail for Business, Box , Mac computers, Entity Management platforms (which the team is currently evaluating systems, so specific system is currently unknown)
• High level of comfort using technology
• Highly detail-oriented

Preferred qualifications 

• Previous in-house experience 
• A love for operational efficiency

Role Details:

• Anticipated Start Date: June 22, 2021, for 3 months
• Schedule: 40 hours / week
• Pay Rate: $45/hr - $50/hr
