Rubin Lublin, LLC is seeking a bright and motivated attorney, preferably with 1-4 years’ experience, to work in the litigation department in our Peachtree Corners, GA office. This position will focus primarily on creditors’ rights, title, and bankruptcy litigation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

Managing deadlines effectively and efficiently
Preparing pleadings, discovery and responses well in advance of deadlines
Required to meet minimum number of 155 billable hours per month, or 1,860 hours annually
Drafting, reviewing, and revising complaints, motions, discovery requests and other documents
Appearing in court and at depositions

Job Requirements

1-4 years’ experience in litigation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Licensed to practice in Georgia with additional licenses preferred in Tennessee, Alabama, and/or Mississippi
