Legal.io is working with a top fintech company in San Francisco to hire a legal analyst, subpoena response for a 5-month contract.

Job Responsibilities:

• Pulling information and data from internal systems in response to subpoena requests
• Responding to current and backlogged subpoena requests
• Subpoenas may come from governmental agencies or private parties
• Communicating with external parties where appropriate
• Updating litigation tracking chart
• Coordinating with business contacts to obtain information relevant to litigation matters
• Maintaining files and records related to subpoena responses and litigation matters
• The analyst will be onboarded and trained on required systems
• This position does not require a legal background

Required Qualifications:

• 2 - 3 years working on a LERT or subpoena team
• Bachelor’s degree with strong academic credentials
• A strong work ethic, exceptional judgment, and uncompromising integrity

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Jira, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
• Experience at a high growth tech company
• Experience at a financial services company

Role Details:

• Anticipated Start Date: Immediately
• Schedule: 40 hours per week for 5 months
• Pay Rate: $25/hr - $35/hr ($50k - $70k)
• Location: United States - REMOTE
