Clark Hill PLC is seeking a paralegal with 2+ years of experience to join the Immigration business unit in the Washington D.C. office. Qualified candidates must have business immigration experience. Responsibilities will include preparing filings with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) and immigration court, drafting affidavits, communicating with attorneys and clients, completing forms, gathering facts and evidence to support our clients’ applications and motions, drafting declarations, and more. All candidates should possess excellent computer skills, high-level attention to detail, and superior written and oral communication skills. Experience using Microsoft Office products and INSZoom preferred. Successful candidates should be able to stay organized and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with a Bachelor's Degree or a Paralegal Certificate will be considered.
