We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced paralegal to join the small Marketing Law Compliance department in our family of agencies. This is a great position for someone who enjoys an advertising agency environment, culture and pace.

Our ideal Paralegal candidate will have:

• 3+ years of Paralegal experience in advertising, marketing and promotions
• Experience working directly with internal partners, and with reviewing advertising, marketing and promotions
• Experience with advertising and marketing law, including both print and digital, ideally with CPG products, is preferred, but not required
• Working familiarity with FTC guidelines, including alcohol advertising guidelines  
• Experience conducting routine “knockout” trademark searches via the USPTO’s TESS database
• Experience with technology, social media, trademarks and other intellectual property licenses generally
• Ability to juggle different projects at once
• Able to navigate ambiguity to assess materials, identify, and help resolve legal issues
• Analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills and judgment

Preferred: 

• Bachelor’s degree and/or certificate of completion from a paralegal certification program or an associate degree in Paralegal Studies.
