Job Description

EisnerAmper is seeking an Attorney to join our in-house legal team, your responsibilities will include contract negotiation, drafting and review (including engagement letters, commercial contracts, software licenses, information technology and employment agreements), litigation management (including professional liability, contract and employment litigation) and subpoena management.

Responsibilities

• Drafting, negotiating and reviewing NDAs, engagement letters, master services agreements and other commercial contracts.
• Provide legal support and advice in connection with partnership issues, corporate structuring, licensing and regulatory matters.
• Support General Counsel in the management of litigations, third party subpoenas and regulatory investigations, and negotiating and responding to third party subpoenas.
• Working with internal operational and professional services groups in matters requiring legal support.

Basic Qualifications For The Opportunity

• J.D. degree with current bar admission
• 5+ years of general contracts, simple litigation and MSA agreements. In house experience desired but not required.

Ideally, you'll also have

• Strong background in contract drafting and review and negotiation experience
• Ability to work on a wide range of mission-critical projects with minimal supervision
• Ability to identify, explain and balance business and legal risks
• Ability to engender trust; patience and good client counseling/organizational and coaching skills
