THE OPPORTUNITY:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Litigation Counsel with 10+ years' experience in franchise counseling, compliance and dispute resolution. This position will be based in our Houston office with remote work flexibility.

Our Litigation Department of more than 170 lawyers across the firm’s global platform offers a full-service litigation practice, with specific practice areas in commercial litigation, consumer financial services litigation, product liability, bankruptcy, class action defense, construction, eDiscovery, government contracts, trade secrets, computer fraud and non-competes, intellectual property, and securities. THE DAY-TO-DAY:
As Counsel in the Litigation Department, you’ll have the opportunity to work on interesting, challenging, and groundbreaking cases.

YOU HAVE:
10+ years of experience in franchise counseling, compliance and dispute resolution;
Stellar writing ability and excellent academic credentials;
Strong analytical and verbal communication skills; and
Admitted to the Texas bar or meet the requirements to waive in.
